You are charged a $20 styling fee per fix, but that fee is credited towards any item(s) you keep. Try on everything in the privacy of your own home. Decide what you want to keep and send back the rest in a prepaid envelope. If you keep all five items, you receive 25% off your entire purchase. It’s fun and convenient and almost risk-free. I receive fixes every three months, but you decide whether you want automatic fixes or only when you request them.
